These Terms and Conditions govern use of this website and set the general conditions that apply to Tayna’s services. By browsing the site or requesting our services, you accept these terms where applicable.

Each project is governed primarily by its proposal, estimate, statement of work, or contract. If those documents conflict with this page, the specific agreement signed or accepted for the project will prevail.

Tayna provides web development, e-commerce, UX/UI design, artificial intelligence chatbots and agents, automation, integrations, and technology consulting. Scope, deliverables, schedule, pricing, and responsibilities will be defined before work begins.

Amounts, currency, taxes, advance payments, milestones, and due dates will be stated in the relevant proposal or invoice. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, advance payments reserve production capacity and are non-refundable once work begins.

An overdue payment may temporarily suspend work, delivery, support, or access to services managed by Tayna. Platform, license, domain, hosting, API, and third-party costs are billed separately unless expressly included.

The client must provide accurate information, materials, access, and approvals within the agreed timeframes. The client must also hold the necessary rights to all text, trademarks, images, databases, and other content supplied to Tayna.

The client is responsible for reviewing and approving deliverables, commercial policies, legal content, and results generated or assisted by artificial intelligence before publication or use in important decisions.

Included revision rounds and the approval process will be described in each proposal. Requests that change objectives, integrations, content volume, or complexity may be treated as additional work.

The client should report issues within the agreed review period. If no feedback is received after delivery and reasonable reminders, Tayna may treat the stage as approved in order to continue the project or issue the corresponding invoice.

After full payment, the client receives rights to the specifically agreed final deliverables, excluding pre-existing components, internal tools, reusable code, open-source software, fonts, assets, and third-party licenses. Those elements remain subject to their original licenses.

Tayna may continue using general knowledge and non-confidential components developed during the project. Unless a confidentiality agreement or written restriction applies, we may also display the final work and identify the client in our portfolio.

Either party may end a project under the applicable agreement. The client must pay for work performed, completed milestones, and committed costs through the termination date. Unpaid deliverables may not be used.

During the agreed warranty period, we will correct reproducible errors that cause a deliverable not to match the approved scope. Later changes, maintenance, new features, failures of external services, or modifications made by third parties are excluded unless expressly contracted.

Third-party services and outputs —including hosting, payment gateways, APIs, and artificial intelligence— may change, become unavailable, or produce inaccurate results. Tayna does not control those platforms and cannot guarantee their permanent availability.

Each party will protect confidential information received from the other and use it only for the project, except where disclosure is authorized, legally required, or the information is already lawfully public.

These terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Peru, without limiting any mandatory rights available to the client. Before starting a formal dispute, both parties will try to resolve the matter in good faith through direct communication.
